Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the package becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or issue is caused by our error.
