Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us before sending anything back.

For returns that are not our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Items must be unused, in original packaging when possible, and returned with proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on opened, used, custom, or special-order items unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
